Q2: How do Klarna's automatic payments work?
A2: After your first payment, Klarna will automatically collect the remaining three payments every two weeks using the debit or credit card provided at checkout.
You will be notified of upcoming payments via email, and you can review your purchases by logging in at https://app.klarna.com/login.
Q3: What should I do if the payment for my order is declined?
A3: If your payment is declined, you must place your order again. We cannot reinstate an order once a payment has been declined. To avoid this, make sure the following items are checked when placing a new order:
- Your order information (eg. shipping address, phone number, email address) before submitting your order.
- Card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date and your billing address.
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment. You should contact them for more information.
- Make sure you have sufficient available credit or funds.
If you have checked all of the above, please try to pay with PayPal or another credit card.
Q4: What are the common reasons for credit card payment failure?
A4: Here are some common reasons for failed payments:
- Online transactions are not enabled on the card
- The transaction has been declined by the card issuer
- Incorrect card details have been provided during payment
- Insufficient available credit or funds
- Too many payment attempts have been made
Please try again with the same payment method you used before.

Q5: Why is there an additional charge on my statement labeled “International Service Fee”?
A5: If you see a separate small charge (usually 1%–3% of your transaction) on your bank statement, please be assured that VZMORE did NOT collect this money.
This is an International Service Fee (also known as a Foreign Transaction Fee) charged directly by your issuing bank. Here is why it appears:
- Cross-Border Transaction: Because our payment processing center is located in Hong Kong, most banks identify this as a “cross-border transaction,” even if you paid in your local currency (e.g., USD).
- Bank Policy: Many standard debit and credit cards charge this fee to cover the cost of routing payments through international networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- The Statement Label: To help you identify the source, your bank typically adds our store name to the fee's description. This indicates that the fee is related to your purchase with us, but the funds are kept entirely by your bank.
How to verify: Compare your order confirmation email with your bank statement. You will see that the amount we charged matches your order total exactly. Any additional line items are fees imposed by your financial institution.
Our Recommendation: To avoid these fees in the future, we suggest using a card that offers “No Foreign Transaction Fees.” For further clarification, please contact your bank's customer service department.
